Natural DIY Spa Treatment: Coffee Foot Scrub

Our recipe for the Coffee Foot Scrub is so easy to follow and includes ingredients that are probably already in your kitchen. Use it to soothe your feet after a long day, or to rid them of dead skin.
This Coffee Foot Scrub helps to:
- get your feet super smooth
- stimulate blood flow
- relax and reinvigorate
- work magic in between pedicures
You will need:
- 1/2 cup coffee grounds
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Mix all of the ingredients together in a small bowl and then apply on your feet. It can get messy, so I suggest that you apply the Coffee Foot Scrub in the bathroom (over the bathtub). Once applied, cover your feet with Saran Wrap and let it sit on your feet for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Rinse off the Coffee Foot Scrub completely and add lotion to your feet right away to seal in the moisture.
