In this latest installment, I am sharing with you a tried and true recipe for a Detox Bath Soak. This mixture of ingredients can help you get the most out of your bath time while helping you soak away stress and tension.
I don’t always have the time, but when I do, nice long baths are a ritual. I set the mood with candles, a good book, some nice music, and this Detox Bath Soak.
You can make this in bulk and use milk bottles or mason jars for storage. You can also give the Detox Bath Soak to friends and family as gifts. There’s nothing like a a present that is made by you and comes from the heart.
With just a few ingredients, you are on your way to premium relaxation.
Here’s what you’ll need:
2 cups sea salt
2 cups baking soda
1 cup epsom salt (you can use a scented one like lavender)
10 drops of your favorite essential oil (lavender, eucalyptus, or peppermint is preferred)
To create the mixture, you’ll need a bowl and a measuring cup.
Mix up the ingredients in a bowl and let set for 1 to 2 hours. Add essential oil to aid in the relaxation.
Then pour into a milk bottle, mason jar, or plastic storage with a lid for safe keeping.
Then enjoy a nice bath that can help you rid yourself of toxins.
