Interview with III Forks Chicago GM Jeremy Vass
In our series Hidden Treasures, we spotlight restaurants that are off the beaten path. First up is III Forks Chicago.
Chicago is one of America’s largest cities and boasts the best cuisine the world has to offer. With tons of restaurants to choose from, you can never get bored of the food scene. Add to the Second City’s hustle and bustle, you can go your whole life without eating at a restaurant twice if you wanted to.
When you find something that you truly love and enjoy in terms of food, however, it’s hard to say no. After visiting III Forks Chicago for the first time back in June, it has been on my Hit List. So much so that I returned another two times to partake in their illustrious menu and mouth watering dishes.
Nestled downtown in a semi residential area, III Forks is kind of hard to get to. Believe me when I say that it is worth the visit, even if the location isn’t readily seen.
We recently sat down with III Forks General Manager Jeremy Vass, who gave some insight into this incomparable delight.
