After a long, stressful day at work, a cocktail may be in order. But perhaps, due to your schedule, you may not have the time to go after work to partake in libations. We were recently sent five cocktail recipes from the people at Blendtec, and they are prefect for Homemade Happy Hour—you can create them in your home and they are pretty easy to make. Add to that, the recipes are low calorie and include fresh ingredients that are of the healthier variety. All you need is a blender and the ingredients, and then you are ready to go.
